Who Can Attend Retake Day?

All students are welcome to participate in Retake Day—whether or not they placed an original photo order.

Are Retakes Free?

Yes. You do not need to have an order placed before or after retake day for your student to be pictured.

Retake exchanges are also free of charge, but the original photo package must be returned to receive a replacement.

How to Return the Original Photos

  • If your child is attending Retake Day, have them bring the original photo package and hand it to the photographer.

  • If you forgot to return your booklet on Retake Day, you can still exchange the photos by mailing the original package to our office. Be sure to include:

    • A note requesting a retake exchange

    • Your full mailing address

We cannot process the retake until we’ve received the original photos.

Will the Retake Be Used in the Yearbook?

If Gpí provides the yearbook, the retake image will automatically replace the original photo in the Yearbook. If you would like to request an image other than the retake photo for the yearbook, please reach out to our customer service team.

¿Quién Puede Asistir al Día de Retomas?

Todos los estudiantes pueden asistir al Día de Retomas, hayan hecho un pedido original o no.

¿Las Retomas Tienen Costo?

No. Las retomas son gratuitas, pero se debe devolver el paquete de fotos original al fotógrafo el día de las retomas para poder recibir el reemplazo.

¿Cómo Devuelvo las Fotos Originales?

  • Si su hijo(a) asistirá al Día de Retomas, solo necesita entregar el paquete original al fotógrafo.

  • Si no puede asistir, puede enviar el paquete original por correo a nuestra oficina. Asegúrese de incluir lo siguiente:

    • Una nota solicitando el intercambio

    • Su dirección postal completa

Las retomas solo se procesarán una vez que hayamos recibido el paquete original.

¿Se Usarán las Retomas en el Anuario?

Sí. Si Gpí proporciona la imagen de retoma, esta se usará automáticamente en el anuario en lugar de la original.
