General
If you are ordering a digital download, we ask that you please use the student's personal webcode, not the school's webcode. This will ensure that you receive your student's download quicker.
When will I receive it?
Digital downloads will be sent to your email address once the pictures have finished processing. Processing can take 7-14 business days, depending on the school.
If you didn’t receive your download after 14 business days:
Check your email inbox, spam, or promotions folders
If you ordered using a paper form, you may have:
Forgotten to write your email address
Written it unclearly or incorrectly

Where can I find the copyright release form?
Look to the center top of your digital download, and right above where it says "Download All Images", it will say in blue text "Download Copyright Release PDF". You will need this if you are printing at a business such as Walgreens.
Do I get to choose multiple poses for my digital download?
The Fall season standard and deluxe digital downloads only come with one pose or crop. If you receive a crop or pose you don't like, you may contact us about switching the crop or pose!
I can only see the watermarked image.
Please ensure that you have opened up the link that was sent to your email address containing the digital downloads and are clicking the button that says 'Download'. This should give you the correct file.
How do I go about getting my retakes?
If your student is getting retakes and you purchase a digital download:
You may send your student with a printed receipt if you'd like (not required)
You will still receive your updated digital download after processing
If you don’t receive the retake image after processing time has passed, contact us and we’ll correct it.
I only got one of my digital downloads. (Ordered for multiple kids)
Please check that your emails for the digital downloads didn't stack on top of one another because they were sent at the same time! This is usually an issue for Gmail users.
Please also verify that both students' processing times have finished; this is especially relevant if your students attend different school buildings.

Standard Digital Download
Where is the digital download add-on? ($10)
As shown on the form, there is a classic and digital version of our packages #1 - #5. A standard digital download can be added to any of those packages for the low cost of $10.
To order online:
Select your package 1-5 under "Traditional Packages"
Return to the "Traditional Packages" section
Scroll down to Add-Ons
Select the digital download option
How many backgrounds?
The standard digital download comes with one background. If you would like to upgrade your digital to receive all 25 backgrounds, please reach out!
Received/Picked the wrong background, can I get it changed?
If you are unhappy with the background you paid for, or were expecting a different background, let us know! We may be able to help you get that changed.
Deluxe Digital Download
It is asking me to select a background; shouldn't the product come with all 25 backgrounds?
Yes! It does come with all 25 backgrounds. It may prompt you to select a background.
In this scenario, we ask you to select the FREE gray background.
You will receive all 25 backgrounds!
If, for some reason, you do not, please notify us, and we will fix the error.

We understand you would like to see if it is worth getting all the backgrounds. You can view all 25 of the Fall 25-26 backgrounds here!

Si estás ordenando una descarga digital, te pedimos que uses el código web personal del estudiante, no el código web de la escuela. Esto ayudará a que recibas la descarga de tu estudiante más rápidamente.
¿Cuándo la recibiré?
Las descargas digitales se enviarán a tu dirección de correo electrónico una vez que las fotos hayan terminado de procesarse.
El procesamiento puede tardar entre 7 y 14 días hábiles, dependiendo de la escuela.

Si no recibiste tu descarga:
Revisa tu bandeja de entrada, correo no deseado (spam) o la carpeta de promociones.
Si realizaste tu pedido con un formulario en papel, es posible que:
No hayas escrito tu correo electrónico.
Lo hayas escrito de forma incorrecta o ilegible.
¿Aún no la recibes? Contáctanos y con gusto te ayudaremos.
¿Puedo elegir varias poses para mi descarga digital?
Las descargas digitales estándar y deluxe de la temporada de otoño incluyen una sola pose o recorte.
Si recibiste una pose o recorte que no te gusta, puedes comunicarte con nosotros para cambiarlo.
Solo veo la imagen con marca de agua.
Asegúrate de haber abierto el enlace enviado a tu correo electrónico y de hacer clic en el botón que dice “Descargar”.
Eso te dará el archivo correcto y sin marca de agua.
¿Cómo obtengo las retomas de fotos?
Si tu estudiante se tomará una nueva foto (retake) y compraste una descarga digital:
Puedes enviar a tu estudiante con el recibo impreso si lo deseas (no es obligatorio).
Recibirás la nueva descarga digital una vez que la foto de retoma haya sido procesada.
Si no recibes la nueva imagen después del tiempo de procesamiento, contáctanos y lo corregiremos.
Solo recibí una de mis descargas digitales (hice pedidos para varios niños)
Revisa si los correos electrónicos con las descargas se agruparon. Esto puede suceder cuando se envían al mismo tiempo, especialmente si usas Gmail.
Verifica que las fotos de ambos estudiantes hayan terminado de procesarse, sobre todo si asisten a escuelas diferentes.

Descarga Digital Estándar
¿Dónde encuentro la opción de descarga digital? ($10)
Como se muestra en el formulario, nuestros paquetes #1 al #5 están disponibles en versiones clásica y digital.
Puedes agregar una descarga digital estándar a cualquiera de esos paquetes por solo $10.
Para hacer tu pedido en línea:
Selecciona el paquete que deseas en el menú de “Paquetes Tradicionales”.
Regresa a la sección de “Paquetes Tradicionales”.
Desplázate hacia abajo hasta los complementos (Add-Ons).
Selecciona la opción de descarga digital.
¿Cuántos fondos incluye?
La descarga digital estándar incluye un solo fondo.
Si deseas actualizar tu descarga digital para recibir los 25 fondos, contáctanos.
Recibí o seleccioné el fondo incorrecto, ¿puedo cambiarlo?
Si no estás conforme con el fondo que recibiste o esperabas otro diferente, avísanos.

Descarga Digital Deluxe
Me pide seleccionar un fondo, ¿no debería incluir los 25?
¡Sí! La descarga digital deluxe incluye los 25 fondos.
Si durante el proceso se te pide seleccionar un fondo, elige el fondo gris gratuito.
Aun así, recibirás todos los 25 fondos.
Si por alguna razón no los recibes, infórmanos y lo solucionaremos.
