If you only have one of your students' webcodes or are missing a webcode for a student, please reach out. Do not use other students' personal webcodes for other students. And please use our verification function online. 
Why are the booklet prices different for my students?
We understand it can be confusing if one student’s Package 3 costs $20 (example) and another’s costs $32 (example). The reason is usually that they attend different school buildings.
For example:
The $20 package might be for a high school student.
The $32 package might be for a middle school student.
Let's say the middle school package includes a $12 Yearbook, which is why the total price is higher.
Each school may have slightly different materials included in its packages, causing slight variations in cost. If you have any questions regarding pricing, feel free to reach out!
I cannot combine my orders online.
Please ensure that if you are placing a pre-order, both students are in the pre-order phase. If one of your students has viewable pictures that you are trying to order, those will need to be purchased separately from pictures that are not viewable.

How do I add more students to my order?
Once you have finished collecting products for your first student, you can either use the 'Add-Student' function right next to our 'Featured Packages' menu, or you can return to the dashboard and go to the gallery for your next student by entering their web code.

¿Por qué los precios de los paquetes son diferentes para mis estudiantes?
Entendemos que puede ser confuso si el Paquete 3 de un estudiante cuesta $20 (ejemplo) y el de otro cuesta $32 (ejemplo). La razón normalmente es que asisten a diferentes edificios escolares.

Digamos que el paquete de la escuela intermedia incluye un anuario de $12, lo cual explicaría por qué el precio total es más alto.

Por favor, asegúrate de que, si estás realizando una preventa, ambos estudiantes estén en la fase de preventa.
Si uno de tus estudiantes ya tiene fotos visibles que estás intentando ordenar, esas fotos deberán comprarse por separado de las fotos que aún no están visibles.

¿Cómo agrego más estudiantes a mi pedido?
Una vez que hayas terminado de seleccionar productos para tu primer estudiante, puedes usar la función ‘Agregar estudiante’ que está justo al lado del menú de ‘Paquetes destacados’, o puedes volver al panel principal e ingresar el código web del siguiente estudiante para acceder a su galería.
